FUNCTION  OpenWindow(Top, Left, Bottom, Right, WindowTitle, 
                     BottomWindowTitle, Shadow)

     The OpenWindow() function does exactly that.  It will open a
window on the screen (including a heading, footer and border and even
a shadow if desired).  Top, Left, Bottom and Right are window
coordinates.  The WindowTitle and BottomWindowTitle are text strings
used for the window border display and Shadow is a .T. if a window
shadow is desired and a .F. otherwise.
